CLIENT VISITS
Face-to-face exploration of ideas
Where a new commission might benefit from an early face to face discussion, we have recently invited clients to work alongside Chris at the Epic Icons' studio. New projects can be then explored in collaboration to help formulate exciting ways forward, with the benefit of loose on the spot sketching.
We can accommodate teams of up to four people in our boardroom, where we have provision of ultra-fast broadband and a large viewing screen.
Working in the peace and quiet of our Chilgrove studio, surrounded by natural beauty may prove just the tonic your project needs. It certainly works for us!
We can even take discussions and sketching outside on beautiful sunny days.
Duration of your visit
We will be as flexible as we can. Clients arriving from further afield generally like to arrive the night before, for a fresh start the following day at our studio. They have the option of staying another night or two to rest up locally and unwind, before their return trip.
Confidentiality
Clients can be assured that no other client project in development will be visible whilst we have visitors. We maintain confidentiality of all work in progress prior to public release, at all times.
Facilities
Chilgrove Business Centre offers boardroom, break-out, kitchen, shower and washroom facilities, as well free parking.
Lunch
Lunches can be provided. Alternatively, the local White Horse inn provides excellent food and refreshment just a short walk away.
Places to stay
For those clients who require overnight accommodation, there are plenty of convenient options where they can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome. Just ask for our list of suggested places to stay.
Value
As Epic Icons is located just outside Chichester our overheads are very reasonable therefore you can be assured your commission fee is spent producing work, not paying for high operational costs.
Stunning environment
The Epic Icons' studio is located at the Chilgrove Business Centre, set in a tranquil corner of the stunning South Downs National Park. We are only a few miles from Chichester and the world-famous Goodwood Estate, known for its iconic racehorse and motor racing events.
Helping those ideas come alive through fitness and relaxation
Midday Tuesdays: Chilgrove Business Centre hosts its own yoga session with a trained instructor.
Midday Wednesdays: A visiting personal trainer provides an on-site boot camp.
