Sandeman

A refresh of a world famous global brand icon the Don, for Sandeman Port by Chris Mitchell. Working closely with Wren & Rowe, it was very important the development remained respectful to the original. In 1928, George Massiot Brown ( signed his artwork as G'. Massiot) illustrated the original version of the Don. Dressed like the Spanish caballeros, the Don cuts a dark and dramatic figure. The Sandeman brand was registered in 1877 making it one of the oldest brands registered in the world.
